Hydro Extractor Machine

Faster Dewatering. Less Energy. More Uptime.

Our Hydro Extractor Machine (also known as a Centrifuge) is the industry-standard solution for efficient water extraction and pre-drying of textile materials. Using high-speed centrifugal force, it removes moisture rapidly and evenly achieving residual moisture content as low as 15%, depending on fiber type.

Built for reliability and low total cost of ownership, our Hydro Extractors are available in a wide range of basket sizes with capacities from 15 kg to 1,200 kg, making them suitable for operations of every scale.

Advantages

  • No deformation of packages — fabric and yarn integrity is fully preserved

  • Excellent rewinding properties — rewinding can often be eliminated entirely

  • Low residual moisture with even humidity distribution throughout the package

  • Processes multiple package sizes in a single unit

  • Operator of centrifuge can also load dryer — streamlining your workflow

  • Maintenance-free brakes for reduced downtime

  • Closed system for effluent — clean, contained operation
  • Low compressed air and energy consumption
  • Significant energy savings vs. conventional drying methods
  • Loading and unloading arrangement included
  • Time device with pneumatic system for automated cycle control
  • Dyeing tubes last longer due to gentle, controlled extraction
  • Low maintenance cost and long service life

Features

  •  Longer working life

  • Excellent, consistent performance

  • Low maintenance and power consumption

How It Works

Hydro Extractors use perforated drums or baskets (up to approximately 2,000 mm diameter) suspended on three points in ball-and-socket joints, oscillating vertically for balanced, vibration-free operation. Electric drives power speeds of approximately 750–1,200 RPM, with automatic control across variable ranges. A built-in interlocking lid safety system ensures the motor cannot start until the lid is fully locked and the lid cannot be raised until the basket has come to a complete stop.

Available configurations include pendulating, suspension, cage, and vertical centrifuges, as well as open-width, horizontal, and warp-beam arrangements.
