The GECLTDM 3 operates through a fully integrated closed-loop circulation system:
- Dye, steam, and water enter via dedicated inlets into the mixing and circulation zone
- The main pump drives continuous dye bath circulation through the long tube
- A coil-type heat exchanger regulates temperature via steam heating and cooling water circuits
- The dye feed pump and dosing valve deliver precise chemical additions at any stage of the cycle
- Overflow, drain-out, and condensate-out ports ensure complete liquor control and easy drainage after each batch
- Air inlet and exhaust valves manage vessel pressurization and safety
